Deliveries

We work with DPD and Royal Mail as our trusted delivery partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a text and/or email from the courier (using the contact details you provided) confirming that your parcel has entered their network. On the day of delivery, the courier will also confirm your delivery window.

Please note that turnaround time and delivery time are separate. Our standard turnaround is 10 working days (depending on the items ordered), and all orders are then dispatched on a Next Working Day delivery service (Next Working Day meaning Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Smaller garment orders sent in mailing bags, along with all DTF Gangsheet orders, are typically dispatched via Royal Mail. Larger boxed garment orders are shipped with DPD. The courier used may vary, and Trade Embroidery will select the most suitable option.

Please ensure you or your client are available to receive the delivery. Any failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us; in such cases, any courier penalties and re-delivery charges will be re-charged to you.

Additional delivery options including Pre-10:30am, Pre-Noon, and Saturday/Sunday delivery, are available upon request. Please contact our Customer Service team for pricing.

Once an order has left our production facility and entered the courier’s network, it is outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for any courier delays. The Next Working Day service is not a guaranteed service and delivery times are not within our control.

For the purposes of our delivery services, “UK Mainland” excludes the Scottish Highlands and where “Next Day Delivery” is referenced, this is a Next Working Day service.

If you need your order urgently, contact us, we may be able to offer an express turnaround slot.

Collection

We do offer collections for orders from our production facility in Poulton-le-Fylde. This can be selected at the checkout by selecting the 'Customer Collection' option.
