How to supply your artwork

To achieve maximum print quality, artwork must be supplied as:
• High-resolution CMYK, PNG, EPS or PDF files
 • Ganged up on a 540mm x 1000mm per sheet
 • Outlined fonts and links embedded
You do not need to mirror your artwork, we will take care of this prior to printing.

Just Print = No File Check Before Printing

Just Print is our option where we will "Just Print" your print-ready file(s), as supplied.

The following terms apply when using the Just Print service:

Your job will be processed through our automated system and rejected only if we are unable to print your file.

Files must be supplied in the accepted file formats. PNG, EPS or PDF files

We will not carry out any pre-flight or quality checks on your document as these will already have been carried out by yourself prior to submitting the file.

You will not receive a proof.

We will fix these errors within your file:

Convert RGB to CMYK

Convert spot colour to CMYK

Proportionately scale

We will notify you of a file rejection if your file contains any of these errors:

Corrupt files

Un-embedded fonts or links

Password protected

Sizes that are disproportionate

Incorrect number of files

Turnaround Times: 

Same Day Dispatch is available on all orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

All orders placed after 12 noon will be printed and dispatched next working day. 

Please note the above turnaround times are based on 'Print Ready' artwork being received at the time of ordering. If your artwork is provided in an unsuitable format, this will result in a delay to production and delivery of the order. 

Our Same Day Dispatch service strives to deliver your order promptly. While we make every effort to dispatch your order on the same day, please note that it is not a guaranteed service. During peak periods or unexpected production delays, your order may be dispatched on the next working day. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
